We conduct ESG due diligence to identify and analyze issues that may significantly impact transactions at all stages of real asset investment. For our operational buildings, we strive to reduce carbon emissions and environmental impact through responsible water usage, recycled materials, renewable energy integration, and continuous energy-saving improvements.










Sustainable Building Certifications



Various environmental factors have been actively incorporated into Goyang Logistics Park, from the initial design and construction phase to the operational phase.

Goyang Logistics Park is recognized as an eco-friendly asset, having obtained multiple green building certifications. It has achieved LEED BD+C (LEED Building Design and Construction) certification, which ensures the incorporation of green principles during the design and construction stages. Additionally, it has been awarded LEED O+M (LEED Operation and Maintenance) certification, demonstrating the implementation of ESG strategies throughout its operational phase.

To fulfill our ESG commitment, we have considered a range of environmental factors throughout the design process and continually strive for sustainable operation and management. This includes initiatives to reduce water and energy consumption, eliminate hazardous chemical emissions, and utilize eco-friendly resources and materials. By prioritizing these environmentally conscious practices, Goyang Logistics Park exemplifies our dedication to sustainability and responsible business operations.

Adoption of green energy such as solar power



ESR Kendall Square REIT is enhancing its renewable energy initiatives by installing solar panels on warehouse rooftops and solar-powered streetlights. We have completed the installation of solar streetlights across all our assets and installed solar panels on the rooftops of 7 properties, generating a total of 13.3 MWh of electricity. Additionally, we are generating extra rental income by leasing out rooftop spaces. By adopting these prominent eco-friendly energy solutions, we are strengthening our commitment to sustainable management, ultimately contributing to carbon neutrality and leading efforts to combat the climate crisis.
