rating from GRESB
for four consecutive years
Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) is the world's most authoritative ESG evaluation that comprehensively evaluates real estate real assets and management companies on their impact on the environment and relationships with stakeholders.
ESR Kendall Square REIT has achieved the highest rating of Five-Star in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, a leading global ESG benchmark for real estate, for four consecutive years from 2022 to 2025. The 2025 assessment covered nine logistics assets, representing approximately 50% of the REIT’s total portfolio of 21 assets and 1,291,219 m² of gross leasable area. This milestone contributes to strengthening the foundation for sustainability in Korea’s real estate industry. The GRESB Five-Star rating reflects not only operational efficiency, but also the REIT’s consistent execution of ESG initiatives aligned with global green standards.
Additionally, ESR Kendall Square, the sponsor, ranked first in the GRESB Developer Assessment for the industrial sector in Asia, also earning a 'Five-Star' rating. This solidifies ESR Kendall Square REIT's position as a premier investment for those prioritizing sustainability and long-term value.
