Shareholders

The shareholder composition is as follows: CPP Investments that invests the assets of the Canada Pension Plan is the largest shareholder, holding a 24.85% stake as of the end of May 2023. CPP Investments is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Canada Pension Fund. More than 10% of the shares are also held by the sponsor, ESR KendallSquare, and its affiliates. Through the sponsor, we receive ongoing access to high-quality assets and are in charge of maintaining them.
